Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every aeyo piece. If something is not quite right, we are here to make it easy.

1. Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. What You Can Exchange

  • Size or color exchange — for the same product, subject to availability. Each order is eligible for one free size exchange [[aeyo covers return shipping for the first size exchange]].
  • Exchange for a different product — of equal or higher value (you pay the price difference).

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a full refund or free replacement if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect (broken seams, fabric flaws, faulty elastic).
  • You received the wrong item, size or color.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

In these cases aeyo covers all shipping costs. Refunds are processed to your bank account within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in original condition, free of odors, makeup, deodorant or pet hair.
  • Returned with all original tags, labels, removable pads and packaging.
  • Accompanied by your order number and, for defects, clear photos/video (unboxing video recommended).

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or with discounts of 30% or more.
  • Gift items, free gifts and accessories such as [[socks, hair ties]] for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage caused by the customer.

6. How to Exchange or Return

  • Contact us via Zalo 0xxx xxx xxx or email aeyo.fit@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason.
  • Our team will confirm your request and send you the return address / arrange pickup within 24 hours.
  • Pack the item carefully in its original packaging and send it to aeyo.
  • Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), we will ship your new item or process your refund.
